Do you address strangers as ‘darlings’! Then be careful. This is because the Calcutta High Court in its recent judgment has declared that referring to a stranger as ‘darling’ is an objectionable act and a sexually coloured statement under Section 354A(i) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
