If there is no corruption in the days of BJP govt, then what is the anger of the CM of Assam?

If there is no corruption in the days of BJP govt, then what is the anger of the CM of Assam? A bed decorated with money. A man lying on that bed. A number of Rs 500 notes are also on the empty floor. Why did the man have this wish, the man himself will know.

The photo of him sleeping on a money bed was given by the man in whatsapp status. The man with no conscience may have thought that the photo would go viral. That photo will bring to light a lot about BTAD.
Someone made the photo viral on social media. Then there was a natural reaction to the photo. On the basis of the photo, the common man can understand at what level of corruption is going on in BTAD.
The man’s name is Benjamin Basumatary. He is a member of the UPPL led by Pramod Boro, which is in power in the BTAD. He has another identity. That is his chairman of vcdc. VCDC stands for – Village Council Development Committee.
A post at the level of president of our village panchayat. Benjamin Basumatary has long been accused of corruption. This man, who has been accused of taking regular commissions and bribes for the beneficiaries and other works, proved for himself whether the allegations raised are true or false.
If there is no corruption in the days of BJP govt,
If there is no corruption in the days of BJP govt,
He is the chairman of the VCDC Bhairaguri, which is part of the Harishinga council constituency of BTAD. In the name of someone’s house, road contracts, implementation of various schemes, selection of beneficiaries, an open market is sitting in BTAD.
In particular, there is no account of corruption in the implementation of the schemes of DRDA i.e. Rural Development Department, distribution of job card work. There are also allegations that someone has to pay 7 per cent commission only after getting a contract allotment there. The digits after that are different.
However, after the formation of this BTAD, vcdc was formed for the equal development and development of rural areas. In a sense vcdc is the local government. A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Government of India and the BLT on February 10, 2003 on the basis of the Sixth Schedule of the Constitution.
According to that agreement, the BTAD was formed with an area of 8,790 square kilometres. Later that was BTR. As per this agreement, TCLCC was formed at the district level and VCDC at village level for overall development of BTC.
On September 4, 2006, a notification for the formation of VCDC was issued through meme number BTC/RD (VCDC). The Bodoland Council Village Bill was passed in the Bodoland Council.
Then, just as regional panchayats, village panchayats were formed elsewhere, TCLCCC, VCDC were formed in btc. In the past too, there have been allegations of widespread manipulation and corruption at this grassroots level.
Pramod Boro had promised that after the UPPL came to power in btc along with the BJP, such corruption would be rooted out. But only the opposite picture of that promise can be seen now.
These corruption allegations are meant to be hidden by the ruling UPPL. There have also been instances of someone threatening if they report in that regard. But from the Ting Pata scam to the man who gave 89 contracts to a relative is a close man to Pramod Boro.
The two-handed complaint is not old for the power he has and the money that comes for the implementation of the scheme through the representative of this VCDC. There are also reports that members of Padmapur VCDC in Chirang were accused of demanding money from beneficiaries who got the pradhan mantri awas yojana houses in Hasraubari village.
Not only that, there have been a lot of incidents of fraudulent withdrawal of money from other people’s jaw cards in someone else’s accounts. This is how corruption has spread to BTAD. Look at how much corruption money is now in the hands of the officials of the VCDC level.

Benjamin Basumatary is an example. Lying on the rs 500 note, he showed himself how much money he had in his hand. There are so many such Benjamins who are filling around us now. Someone has been caught like a swamp by clicking a photo, while someone else has kept the mountain of money secret from the public eye.
Either Pramod Boro or the government side must have seen these scenes. In general, it is clear whether Benjamin sends the police to him to know whether or not Benjamin sends the police to him to know about it.

Bhupen Borah to reward journalist !

On the one hand, a photo of bjp’s ally UPPL leader goes viral on the other hand, state Congress president Bhupen Borah slammed the BJP. Bhupen Borah also challenged journalists alleging that BJP leaders were trying to suppress journalists.

The question is whether journalists have the courage to question the chief minister or not? A journalist will get Rs 1 lakh by asking only 5 questions. Don’t answer, the journalist questioning will be eligible for this award if these 5 questions are asked to the Chief Minister.

Assam Congress president Bhupen Borah is the donor for the prize money to be given to the winning journalist in this game. Whose political ambitions never went in his favour.

This question will be in the hot seat of the question game Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma on one side and journalists on the other. The chief minister in front of him has to be asked five questions about the reference to syndicates, employment of unemployment, promise of tribalisation etc.

Bhupen Borah’s open challenge to journalists. According to him, these are the five questions asked by a journalist. According to Bora, the chief minister gave homework to journalists this morning. The Chief Minister has outlined in advance what questions need to be asked, what to ask or what news will be.

The chief minister does not give the environment to ask questions or avoids giving that opportunity tactfully. At times, it is the one who asks such a question by chance that he is the victim of the wrath of the administration.
Has Bhupen Borah ever stood by such journalists? Is there an instance of Bhupen Borah raising his voice on behalf of the journalist who was being interrogated when asked that people have come out on the streets for the ‘C(A)A’ movement during the ‘C(A)A’ movement?
Did Borah, who staged a protest by writing a poem, write a line of poetry for the local journalist? Is he ready to take a call on the journalist who has shown red eyes to the chief minister in the face of questions?
Bhupen Borah has rightly questioned the capabilities and skills of journalists. The Congress leader, who is disrupting the election campaign due to lack of money to play elections, should give the rs 1 lakh to any of his party candidates.
Many journalists are aware of the news of an associate leader strategically opposing the money. May he spend this money to please the leader on the same platform. Bhupen Bora, who thinks that people’s minds will change only by writing poetry, hold his party leaders on the party floor.
But Bhupen Barah’s will have to face some other questions just like the chief minister. No one, however, gives the journalist the money like him to ask these questions. A former Congress leader on social media has openly made explosive allegations.
Bhupen Bora’s attention may have been paid to that allegation. On February 16, 2024, a Congress leader from Assam paid Rs 2 crore through a cheque from Yes Bank.

The number of that cheque is 718173 781532004 002366. It is alleged that the money was recovered from the account number 04829070000000464 of this bank located at the Branch of Fasi Bazar on SRCB Road, Guwahati.

The money was given by a Congressman who is seeking candidature on the party’s funds. He wanted the Congress party’s candidature from Guwahati. The former Congressman has also alleged that he had collected Rs 3 crore from another candidate from Lakhimpur.
Is the game of fielding candidates in congress in exchange for money true or false? Why can’t Bhupen Bora answer that question clearly? If someone complains, who will the journalist ask this question without asking Bora?
Shouldn’t the opposition be as responsible as the ruling party should be accountable or responsible in a democratic set-up? Not to be treated with extreme despondency, it does not end everything when Bhupen Bora faces questions and asks questions.
It is advisable for journalists to question the chief minister. Similarly, Bhupen Borah will also have to face questions regarding the allegations raised. Many want to be more confident about the opposition than the ruling party. Bhupen Bora could not give that opportunity to the people of Assam on any given day.
