After this, aam aadmi party members as well as Arvind Kejriwal’s fans raised the air outside Tihar jail with this slogan.
Amid such slogans by fans and party workers, the chief minister, who was accused in the Delhi liquor scam, came out of Tihar Jail on Friday evening under the open sky.
It may be recalled that Kejriwal came under the open sky after 50 days after the Supreme Court granted him interim bail on Friday.
“I said I’ll be back soon, I’ll come, I’ve come,” he said. First of all I want to worship hanumanji’s feet. I am among you today with the blessings of Hanumanji. ”
He reiterated, “I want to thank all of you. Crores of people across the country prayed and gave me their blessings. I thank the judges of the Supreme Court. It is because of them that I am among you today. ”
The Delhi Chief Minister reiterated, “Together we all have to save the country from authoritarianism. I am struggling with body, mind, money. We are fight against Dictatorship . But 140 crore people will have to fight this dictatorship together. ”
He will address a press conference at the party office at 1 pm on Saturday. It may be recalled that Arvind Kejriwal, who was arrested by the ED on March 21, had applied for bail in the Delhi High Court.
He had approached the Supreme Court rejecting his plea. The Supreme Court took up the petition and held several hearings in the last few days.
He was granted bail in friday’s hearing. He can participate in the election campaign during the interim bail period. However, as the Chief Minister of Delhi, he will not be able to perform any official duty.
What did the SC say as the ED opposed Kejriwal’s bail?
The ED also faced a question from the court as to why Arvind Kejriwal was arrested during the Lok Sabha elections when polling was underway in the third phase of the 18th Lok Sabha elections on May 7.
It may be recalled that chief minister Arvind Kejriwal, then deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia and a section of aap leaders had complained about the Delhi liquor policy scam.
Vinai Kumar Saxena, Lieutenant Governor of Delhi had filed a case with the CBI in 2022. The case later went to the ED. Manish Sisodia is still lodged in jail in this case.
Opposition encouraging Kejriwal’s release on bail by Supreme Court
As soon as the bail verdict was announced, an atmosphere of joy was created at the AAP, Assam office.
Welcoming the Supreme Court verdict, AAP Assam President Dr Bhaben Chowdhury said, “With the release of Arvind Kejriwal, the people of the country have heaved a sigh of relief.
We welcome this important judgment of the Supreme Court. The court’s verdict will be considered historic in the interest of protecting the country’s democracy and constitution.
Our party chief was arrested by the central government through the ED completely unfairly.
Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s health, a polyuria patient in jail, had deteriorated significantly. Now he can take care of his health after getting bail.
The truth finally prevailed, even if it was late. This victory was inevitable. Apart from this, Kejriwal will also participate in the election campaign as a leader of the India alliance partner in the coming days.
We hope that Kejriwal’s strong role in the opposition politics of the country will create a storm. Chief minister Arvind Kejriwal’s release is a precursor to the defeat of the authoritarian BJP.
This is how Dr Bhaben Chowdhury responded welcoming the court’s verdict on Friday.

Narendra modi or amit shah to be the next prime minister of the India ?
Even if the BJP gets the required seats to form the government, Narendra Modi cannot be the Prime Minister. On the other hand, if the BJP comes to power for the third time, the current Home Minister Amit Shah will become the Prime Minister.
This explosive allegation has been made by Arvind Kejriwal. He also claimed that Narendra Modi should step down as prime minister next September.
The Delhi Chief Minister said, “They are asking who will be the Prime Minister if India wins? Our question is, who will be your Prime Minister?
According to Arvind Kejriwal, Amit Shah will be the Prime Minister if BJP wins
L.K. Advani, Murali Manohar Joshi, Sumitra Mahajan, Yashwant Sinha were victims of this rule. This time Modi will also retire on September 17.
“Who will be the Prime Minister if Modi retires?” he asked again. Who will fulfil Modi’s guarantee? Will Amit Shah do it?
Modi will make his trusted partner Amit Shah sit on the seat. Remember, you have not voted for Modi, you have given it to Amit Shah. Modi is seeking votes for Amit Shah.
It is important to note that this time the BJP has no election issue. There is no special promise. People are seeking votes to establish Modi as prime minister for the third time by taking Modi in front of him.
Since the BJP has devised a strategy to win the electoral battle over Modi’s image, kejriwal, after coming out of jail, has now thrown a shield to thwart this strategy by reminding the BJP of this policy.
Not only this, Kejriwal has claimed that Narendra Modi wants to establish the concept of ‘one nation, one leader’. The AAP leader has claimed that Modi will not be able to play his possible rival within the party, let alone opposition leaders.
Kejriwal claimed that Modi ended the political career of leaders like Lk Advani, Murali Mohan Joshi, Shivraj Chauhan, Vasundhara Raje, Raman Singh. This time it is Yogi Adityanath’s turn.
If Modi comes to power, someone else will sit in the Uttar Pradesh chief minister’s seat instead of Yogi Adityanath within two months.
Meanwhile, Union Home Minister Amit Shah has responded to Arvind Kejriwal’s allegations.
Opposition is a propaganda campaigning: Amit Shah
Amit Shah said that the prime minister’s propaganda that he will retire from political at the age of 75 is a propaganda. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has always been the number 1 man for the BJP.
Narendra Modi is never judged by the BJP in terms of age numbers. Narendra Modi will be the Prime Minister again by 2029.
Asked if Amit Shah will become the Prime Minister after 2029, he said the party decides in time who will be the Prime Minister. Now our target is 2024. One more thing I am saying is that there is no age limit in the BJP constitution.
It is pertinent to mention here that Prime Minister Modi will file his nomination for varanasi Lok Sabha seat next Tuesday.
BJP-Congress busy deciding who will get how many seats
Contrary to such claims of Modi, however, the Congress has claimed that the Modi-led BJP government will be ousted from the Centre this time by the people of the country. The BJP will have to move away from Delhi, 400 years away.
After such a demand of the Congress, Modi has now come back. He claimed that the Congress will not win even 50 seats in this election.
At a rally in Odisha, he claimed that the Congress, which got 47 seats in 2014 and 51 seats in 2019, will not win even 50 seats in 2024 this time. According to Modi, after the third phase of polling, the opposition is completely on the run.
It is to be noted that even before the start of the first phase of lok sabha elections, narendra modi and bjp have been chanting ‘abki baar 400 par’ in various campaign rallies.
But after the end of the first and second phase of polling, the slogan gradually disappeared from Modi’s mouth.
There is a buzz within the BJP that the BJP’s ‘Abki Baar 400 Par’ slogan is actually hurting the party. Because many voters are not even going to vote because the BJP’s victory is inevitable.
In particular, in all the three phases of polling, the vote share has come down significantly in many important states of the country. As a result, however, there is a lot of enthusiasm in the opposition. The confidence of the opposition has increased.
Instead of claiming to form the government in Delhi ahead of the elections, the main strategy was to keep the BJP out of the majority. But since the first two phases, opposition India has now staked claim to form the government.
Rahul Gandhi has claimed in the third phase of polling campaigning and subsequently claimed that the BJP will win less than 180 seats. Opposition India will form the government in Delhi on June 4.
Contrary to such claims of opposition and Congress leaders, the morale of the BJP camp has not been seen in the past.
In such a situation, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has now claimed that the Congress will not win even 50 seats in this election.
Not only that, he also attacked the Congress, saying that Congress leaders have repeatedly threatened the entire country. They try to break the confidence of the country.
According to Mamata Banerjee, 400 is far away
The CM claimed that the BJP will get 195 seats across the country this time. It doesn’t get more seats than that. In contrast, opposition group India will get 300 to 315 seats.
Addressing a campaign rally in Bengal on Monday, Banerjee said, “The election has been very good according to the calculations so far. Understanding that, Babu’s mouth is dry. He understands that this time Modi babu will not come back to Delhi anymore.
We have an account of this. In the elections that have been held so far, the BJP will not win even 400 seats, far between 400.
In his speech, he said, “Modi will go away. Didi is here with you. Didi will bring Bordhi Group India to power in Delhi. We still don’t know the count of the voting that took place today.
So from what has happened so far, it can be said that the BJP will get a maximum of 195 seats. And India will get 300 to 315 seats across the country.
This time, the BJP went to the polls with slogans of 400 times. But since the time of the third phase of polling, the BJP has almost dropped this slogan. On the other hand, the morale of the opposition has increased from the third phase.
In the midst of such an atmosphere, the Trinamool Congress chief on Monday confidently demanded that the BJP will move out of Delhi this time.
Four phases of the 18th Lok Sabha elections in the country, which was held in seven phases, have already come to an end. After these four phases of voting, now political parties are making various comments on the possibility of victory and defeat.
Congress MP Rahul Gandhi has made a clear statement that the people of the country will bid farewell to PM Modi on June 4.
Mamata Banerjee said pm Modi will move out of Delhi on June 4 amid the fourth phase of polling. Similarly, Arvind Kejriwal has also claimed that Prime Minister Modi has been rejected by the people of the country.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah, who came to West Bengal on Tuesday to campaign in the backdrop of such statements by leaders of opposition political parties, claimed that the BJP has already won.
Union Minister Amit Shah says BJP will get 270 seats !
Shah also claimed that the slogan ‘Abki Baar 400 Paar’ first announced by the BJP in this election will become a reality.
He asked the SUPPORTERS of the BJP, who attended an election campaign rally, “The people of Bengal tell me will you cross 400? Will you win more than 30 seats in Bengal?
102 seats went to polls in the first phase on April 19, 89 in the second phase on April 26, 94 in the third phase on May 7 and 96 in the fourth phase on May 13.
The next three phases of polling will be held on May 20, 25 and June 1 respectively. Of these, 49 seats will go to polls on June 20, 57 seats each on May 25 and June 1.
‘Abki baar 400 paar’ past, now the politics of emotions is going on
But after the end of the three phases of polling, this slogan has disappeared on the face of the BJP leader even from the prime minister himself.
Instead, there have been controversial comments with a number of other references. Due to which the opposition political parties have also joined the Election Commission. The commission has sent a show cause notice to the party president.
As the reaction to such comments in violation of the election code of conduct continues, this time Prime Minister Modi has again resorted to politics of emotion.
The Prime Minister has not forgotten to even tear tears in front of the camera while delivering an interview at a national television channel recently.
In such a situation, what Amit Shah claimed today in Bengal has now become a topic of discussion. Will the BJP get 280 of the 380 seats that have already gone to polls, as Amit Shah claimed?
Or will the BJP government withdraw from Delhi on June 4, as claimed by the opposition? The discussion about this question has begun.
