The Assam Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) on Saturday released the schedule for the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra to be launched by Rahul Gandhi in Assam.

As per the schedule, Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra will begin from Amguri in Sivasagar district on January 18. Congress leader Rahul will take out a rally in Mariani on the same day and spend the night in Jorhat and participate in a public meeting near The Gibbon National Park. He will travel to Majuli at Nimati Ghatdi on January 19. Rahul will reach Majuli after a road show from Aflaghat in Majuli to Kamalabari intersection and spend the night in Dhakuakhana.

Again on January 20, after starting his journey from Bogibeel and entering Lakhimpur district via Gogamukh, Rahul Gandhi will spend the night in Itanagar in Arunachal Pradesh after taking a padayatra in Harmati and Naobaisa.

From Itanagar, he will enter Assam again on January 21 via Hollongi and start his journey to Biswanath Chariali to pay homage to the statue of Kanaklata in Gahpur. After marching in Biswanath and having lunch, Rahul Gandhi will travel from Jamugurihat to Kaliabor to attend a public meeting in Kaliabor. He will spend that night in Rupahi in Nagaon district.

On January 22, he marched from Rupahi to Morigaon via Nagaon. I will spend that night at Nongpo in Meghalaya. The journey will proceed from Jayanagar in Guwahati to Shingimari on January 23. The journey will again proceed from Kamrup to Nalbari. The night of January 23 will be spent at Bishnupur in Barpeta.

The yatra will conclude in Assam on January 24 by travelling from Vella to Bongaigaon via North Salmara, Dhubri via North Salmara and travelling from a rally in Gauripur to Bakshirhat on January 25.
