Every political party is continuing its election campaign ahead of the Lok Sabha elections. Meanwhile, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi addressed a rally of Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra in Rajasthan’s Banswara on Thursday.
Addressing a rally here, Gandhi said that if the Congress government is formed at the Centre, then 30 lakh youth will be given government jobs.
Referring to the party’s proposed initiatives for the youth, the poor and other sections, Gandhi said, “What will the Congress party do for the youth? First step, we have calculated that there are 30 lakh government posts lying vacant in India.
PM Modi will not fulfill that. But after the Congress came to power, the first task would be to give government jobs to 30 lakh people.
“There will be five historic initiatives of the Congress – 30 lakh government jobs, ensuring jobs, freeing question papers from viral, social security for workers or Rs 5,000 crore for start-ups in districts under youth Schame,” he said.
Rahul Promises ”We will do these things if our government comes. Rahul Gandhi said the Congress manifesto promised to provide a legal guarantee of minimum support price (MSP) to farmers.”
Taking a dig at the BJP government, Gandhi said that in the last 10 years, unemployment has increased due to the terrible period of injustice. In this unjust period, millions of youth have been deprived of contributing to the building of a better nation.
But we will take steps for the younger generation to ensure the future of every youth. In the darkness of injustice, we will light the lamp of justice.
