Ram lalla’s soul is going to be established in Sri Ram Janmabhoomi Ayodhya. The seven-day debut programme for the same is being celebrated in a very grand manner. On the other hand, Ram devotees are engaged in making this festival special. As a part of that eight Rajasthani mandana artists from Tirtharaj Guru Pushkar Lok Kala Sansthan and Ajmer have performed a special task.
They have painted the 300 feet long and 18 feet wide Sri ram’s bow kanda on the Gwalior ghat of the holy Pushkar lake. Sanjay Kumar Sethi, an official of the Lokkala Sansthan Office, said in this regard that with a six-hour effort at Gwalior, Indra and Chandra Ghats of this holy lake, the bow of Lord Shri Ram has been exhibited through the Lokkala Mandana.
Sethi also said that The favourite bow of Lord Shri Ram is Kodanda. This huge portrait has been painted in the form of a portrait of the said bow. The specialty is that this picture is painted through the Rajasthani folk art mandana. On the other hand, the portrait of Kodanda, the biggest bow of Lord Shri Ram in the country, has been painted for the first time in Pushkar. This has been completed after six hours of tireless effort.
He said that 300 feet long and 18 feet wide Shri Ram’s bows have been constructed at Gwalior, Indra and Chandra Ghats of holy Pushkar Lake. Not only pilgrims but foreign guests are also shocked to see this huge artwork. Many people have also got a chance to visit Rajasthani folk art mandana for the first time.
On the other hand, Ravikant Sharma, principal of Baraha Ghat in holy Pushkar Lake, said that there are eight Vaikunthas in the block. Four of these are located in South India and four in North India. The answer among them is Meet Pushkar Raj Sarovar. The water of the lake here is in the form of Narayan. It was here that Jagat Pita Brahma performed the yajna.
According to Atreya Muni Lord Sriram came here to pay shradh to his father Dashrath. He says that this lake has been around since time immemorial. Pushkar is a self-established pilgrimage site. The arrival of Lord Shri Ram here and the performance of shradh of his father Dashrath was an important historical and religious ceremony.
